Deburring
Deburring is the process of smoothing the rough edges of a metal object or component. We can remove the underside slag from a laser cut part if you choose. A small tab will be left on part to hold the part in the sheet and keep the laser or waterjet part from tipping. Make a note on your RFQ where a tab will not interfere with part function.
Finish
Serra Laser & Waterjet has a state of the art edge rounding machine. Jitterbugging and removal of tab is available as well as line grain finish depending on application.
